An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
This is a Fixed-Term Position for the 2026/2027 academic year. This vacancy is for a mainstream class teacher (Third to Sixth Class). Experience teaching in a multi-grade setting would be advantageous.
Your application must also be accompanied by the contact details of a minimum of 3 professional references. Candidates called to interview will be required to provide proof of qualifications and Teaching Council registration.
Appointment will be subject to Teaching Council registration, current Garda Vetting
requirements and Occupational Health Screening.
The successful applicant must hold the appropriate Certificate to teach Catholic Religious Education.
We welcome applications from highly motivated, creative, flexible and progressive teachers whoare willing to work as a team and are cognisant that elements of the job may require working outside of the standard school day and may involve travelling to teach in another school as part of a clustering arrangement.
