An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.

St. Vincent's School, Lisnagry has bus escort vacancies for the 20226-27 school year (182 days).
The escort will accompany pupils on transport from their homes to and from school.
The bus escort must be available in the mornings from approximately 7.30am to 9am and from 1.30 to 4pm. (These are optimum guide times only and depend on the individual routes). The Average route is 13-17 hours per week.
Escorts must have their own transport to and from the drop off point agreed which is the school.
The escort is responsible for the safety of the pupils on board the bus and will be required to provide for pupil care needs including but not limited to assisting them getting on and off the bus, securing appropriate seat belts etc.
Routes may vary but are located between the school and Limerick area as we are a regional school.
Appointment is subject, but not limited to satisfactory references, current Garda vetting requirements, an occupational health screening and Tusla child Safeguarding training.
