Bunscoil Sancta Maria Synge Street requires a bus escort to accompany and support pupils travelling to and from school each day.
-Approximate hours: 15/20 per week
-School starts at 8:50am - a taxi driver will collect you from your home at approx 7:45am, you will then travel and collect the children from their homes and bring them to school. Then the taxi driver will leave you home.
-School finishes at 2.30pm, you will be collected from your home and brought to school for 2:30pm. You will travel with the taxi driver and bring the children to their homes and then the driver will bring you home.
-These times are an estimation, and dependent on traffic
Employment is on a part time basis for every working day of school term. Candidates would ideally have experience of working with children with additional needs and be available mornings and afternoons throughout the school year. Appointment is subject to satisfactory references and Garda Vetting. The hourly rate of pay is in line with the Department of Education guidelines for School Bus Escorts.
