An internal panel of suitable applicants may be set up to fill vacancies which may occur within a specific time period (four months for teacher posts and the duration of the school year for SNA posts) from the date on which the Board approves the successful candidate.
Additional Information:
• Droichead completed
• Experience in the Junior Room classes (JI, SI and 1st class)
• Experience in multigrade classroom
To meet the needs of the school the following competencies are desirable:
• Experience/expertise as part of a management team
• Experience working with SEN children (Lámh training preferable)
• Good communication skills with staff and parents.
• Flexible team worker in small school setting
• Interest in student wellbeing and promoting self-esteem.
