St Patrick's NS, Edmonton is a (vertical co-educational) school under the patronage of the Catholic Bishop of Meath, Dr. Tom Deenihan. The school seeks to appoint an Administrative/Teaching Principal beginning on the 1st of September 2026.
The present teaching staff comprises 1 Teaching Principal, 3 Class Teachers and 2 SETs. The school has 0 special classes for children with additional needs.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with strong inter-personal skills that are required to lead and maintain a happy, active, and progressive school community. Candidates should have current and continuing Teaching Council registration and show evidence of and commitment to ongoing Professional Development. They must have an in-depth knowledge and experience of SEN, EAL and managing special classes.
The appointment will be subject to current vetting requirements and occupational health screening.
